Erika Paul - Director of Sales & Marketing
As Director of Sales & Marketing, Erika is responsible for all aspects of marketing and promoting Hallmark Companies in the greater Boston market. She is also responsible for client development and sales through the design process.
With a Bachelors degree in International Affairs her early career was spent as Membership Director in charge of sales and marketing for some of the countries most exclusive private country clubs where she developed the skills necessary for relationship selling. In a relatively short amount of time, she emerged as an expert in the industry whereby she created her own consulting firm for both existing and new Clubs.
Erika's relationship with Hallmark began with her appointment as The Director of Membership Sales for The Sanctuary Golf and Country Club, a Nicklaus design project which was halted due to the presence of endangered species.
At that point, Erika launched a new career into Real Estate where she quickly developed a reputation for outstanding customer service. She also became the Director of Sales and Marketing for Hallmark Companies which created the need to launch a Realty Company that would market and sell its own product.
