Hallmark is extremely selective in its choice of land whether for development of residential communities or individual custom home sites. These typically are pristine settings characterized by a combination of forest, meadows and water courses, on gently rolling terrain.

Hallmark builds in the Greater Boston area but predominantly in Metro West communities where it is based; communities like Hopkinton, Dover, Sherborn, Southborough and Bolton. These communities contain the type of environment that support the homes we build. The scarcity of land in the markets where we work is a real issue. In spite of that, we manage to inventory truly great lots in some of Boston's most desirable communities.

When we do not have the inventory to support an individual client's need, we conduct a search to find the ideal home site that our clients are seeking. On occasion our clients come to us with their own land on which we start the design build process. On other occasions we have torn down an existing home to provide the exclusive homesite.
