Renovations & Additions

In recent years Hallmark has undertaken a limited number of selected renovations and additions, many of which have been in homes previously constructed by Hallmark. These renovations and additions generally follow the same design-build process that is characteristic of new construction. Our current projects include: the addition of an indoor pool and other living spaces coupled with the renovation of the kitchen and other interior rooms in a home in Southborough; finishing a basement in a home previously constructed by Hallmark in Hopkinton and we are finalizing plans on a third addition to a home we have built and previously added on to in Sherborn.
